Nancy Eaton, CCA, CDS, CIT
Par 3 Landscape & Maintenance
Nancy was born in Meadville, Pennsylvania adn developed an interest in construction at an early age. As a child, her Dad would take her to job sites with him and teach her "clean up" skills. She majored in accounting at Florida State University. In 1977 she fell into a construction related career when she moved to Las Vegas, NV and has worked for the same family ever since. She is the Chief Financial Officer for Par 3 Landscape & Maintenance and VP of Finance for Stonescape Pavers. She joined NAWIC in 1986, served as NAWIC President in 2004-05 and has been active in NEF since 1988. She earned recognition as a Certified Construction Associate (CCA) and Certified Industry Technician (CIT) and Construction Document Specialist (CDS) through NEF and Clemson University. She communtes from Las Vegas to a ranch in Southern Utah where she spends time with husband, Pete. Her interests include horses, fishing, snowmobiles and of course, NAWIC. She has three children and nine grandchildren.

Amy Berg
Fargo Glass & Paint Co.
Amy Berg was born and raised in northern Minnesota, graduating from Blackduck High School in 1973. Since moving to the Fargo-Moorhead area in 1975, she has been employed by two different window and door distributors. Amy is currently employed as the residential entry door purchasing agent and marketing rep for the Fargo Division Millwork Department of Fargo Glass & Paint Co. and has been with the company since 1988. Amy joined the Faro-Moorhead, ND Chapter #246 of NAWIC in 1989, serving the chapter in all officer positions and committees. She has also served as Regional Chair for several different committees. From 2001-2003, Amy served as Region 13 Director and has been an NEF Trustee since 2003. She married her husband,Gary in 1997 and they have 4 grown children, 5 grandchildren and 1 dog. Amy's hobbies include NAWIC/NEF, sewing, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Patricia Walker, CIT, CDS
WELBRO Building Corporation
Patricia M. Walker is Craft Resources Manager for WELBRO Building Corporation where it is her responsibility to execute the company's Human Resources processes for the Craft employee population. Her duties include staffing, compensation, training,performance reviews, employee relations and worker's compensation. Pat has actively worked in the Central Florida Construction Industry for over 20 years. Before joining WELBRO in 1995, Pat held the position of Director of Education for the Central Florida Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors and also worked as the on-site Trainer for Stanton Energy Plant Phase II. Pat is a Past Chairman of the Academy of Construction Technology, serves on the ABC Education Committee, is a member of hte Masonry Association of Central Florida and a 20 year member of the Greater Orlando Chapter of NAWIC.

Tamie Taylor, CDS, CDT, CIT

Tamie Taylor was born and raised in the SW corner of Colorado - Mancos,CO. Tamie received her B.S. degree from the University of Southern Colorado and has earned a Masters Certificate in Project Managment from the George Washington Univ School of Business and Management. Taylor became involved in construction in 1982 working part-time for her future father-in-law at Wiegers Construction. Following her college graduation, Taylor began working for a government contractor, Vrooman Constructors in Colorado Springs, CO. Taylor has remained in the construction industry ever since (with 2 short gaps) and chooses construction as her career of choice. Currently employed by Bering Straits Native Corporation, an Alaskan Native Corporation as the VP of Construction Operations, the company specializes in government vertical construction and 8(a) contracting. In addition, Tamie is the owner/managing partner of Construction Management & Organization providing construction management and scheduling services to construction companies. Taylor was the 2007-2008 NAWIC President and a strong believer and supporter in education being a major component to increasing the success of women in the Industry. Tamie currently resides in Anchorage, AK and is married to her fabulous husband and strongest support, Paul.

Sandra Carter, CIT
Bartch Roofing Co, Inc.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Sandra attended the St. Louis Public Schools System from Kindergarten through College. After a very brief career as an Elementary School Teacher, she joined Johns-Manville as a clerk. Upward bound, she was promoted several times before reaching the level of Supervisor, Customer Service. During the 16 years spent with JN, Sandra moved twice, to Minneapolis and the Chicago Metro Area and received her MBA from Keller Graduated School of Managment. In 1984, Sandra returned to St.Louis and went to work for Roofers Mart. In 1989 she went to Bartch Roofing Company as Controller, where she is today. In 1990, Sandra completed a Master in Accountancy at Lindenwood University. NAWIC has played an important part in her development. She joined in 1988 and has served the Chapter in most capacities including Region Director from 2004-2006. Currently she is completing her third term as Chapter President. Happily single, Sandra has been allowed to share the home of Alf, Corky and Gizmo; the "Cats in Charge". Also allowed to share the very large house are her sister, Lee, her nephew Robert, his fiancee, Breanne and soon to be born Carter David. Thanks to sisters Lee and Billie,Sandra is Aunt to 6 nieces/nephews, 17 great nieces/nephews and 15 great-great nieces/nephews. To relax, Sandra reads and attends the theater and ballet.

Robin Fulton Meyer, CIT
On Your Case
Robin Fulton-Meyer was born and raised in North Carolina and received her BS from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Masters from UCLA. Fulton-Meyer became involved in the construction industry as an owner of a rough grading company along with another female. The company enjoyed success as a female-owned company and worked thoroughout Southern California and Las Vegas. After selling her interest in the company, Robin started her own business, On Your Case, and began servicing clients throughtout the US. her specialty is construction defect litigation and insurance defense work for contractors and subcontractors. In addition, Robin provides accounting support for her clients. Fulton-Meyer became a charter member of the Temecula Valley #338 chapter in 1991 and has continued her involvement through the chapter, Region 12 and is currently serving as President for NAWIC for the 2009-2010 NAWIC year. A strong supporter of NEF and a Trustee for many years, Fulton-Meyer credits her success in her professional life to her mentors and contacts through NAWIC. Robin and her husband, Doug, are the proud parents of Kasey. They enjoy traveling. Fulton-Meyer is very active in her local church and serves on several local boards of non-profit organizations.

Sharon McGuinness, CCA, CIT, AFSB
Great American Insurance Co.
Born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey, Sharon graduated from Glassboro State College in Glassboro NJ with a BA in Speech & Theater Arts. She worked her way through college as a carpenter, building sets for the Theater Department. Sharon worked with St Paul Insurance Company as a Bond underwriter, handling mainly contract accounts before moving to California as a result of a job transfer. During her 17 years in California she got her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University, College of Law, attending nights while working full time. Prior to moving to Cave Creek, AZ she was working as a Contract Bond Manager handling much of Southern California, working strictly with contractors to prequalify them for bonds. She continues as Contract Bond Manager for Great American Insurance Company in Scottsdale, AZ handling AZ and NV. Joining NAWIC in 1994, she was immediately drawn to the educational aspects of the Organization and obtained her CIT and CCA. Currently a member of the AZ State University - Del E Webb School of Construction– Industry Advisory Committee, she works with the Industry to recruit High School students to thinking of construction as a preferred career choice. She and her husband and her 3 four legged “children” enjoy traveling, reading, crocheting, ceramics, boating and fishing.
